Yes, the secure mobile app allows members to access and display their virtual ID card.
Member Web access instructions on how to access online account
Members can visit the website and register for My Dental Benefits. Once logged in, members can print out an ID card or download a virtual ID card to a smartphone or tablet.
Can a broker download ID cards?
No, not through the Broker portal, but if the Broker is an added user to the Employer’s GAP portal access, then yes.
Do dependents receive ID cards?
Each household receives a welcome letter including one or two cut-out identification cards based on the type of contract selected by the subscriber (i.e. a single contract receives one ID card; a family contract receives two ID cards).
