ID Cards

Member App for downloading ID cards

A Delta Dental ID card is not required to visit the dentist. Provide the dental office with the name, birth date, and enrollee ID or Social Security Number. Dependents will need the member’s details.

Member Web access instructions on how to access online account

To access Delta Dental ID cards, choose from one of these options:

On your computer:

  • Log in to your online account to access or print your electronic ID card.
  • You can download and print an ID card from your computer.
  • Log in to your Delta Dental account at deltadentalins.com
  • Click on Get ID card and then Print ID Card.

On your phone:

  • Download the Delta Dental app from the App Store or Google Play and simply show the dental office your electronic ID card.
  • You can use your ID card in the app or add your ID card to your phone’s mobile wallet.
  • Download the Delta Dental Mobile App from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
  • Log in to your deltadentalins.com account in the app. Your ID card information will be on the front page.

Can a broker download ID cards?

No.

Do dependents receive ID cards?

No.
