Member Web access instructions on how to access online account
Go to Humana.com/register to “Get Started”, Enter your member ID number (or Social Security number), date of birth and ZIP code, create a username, password and security prompt and click “Next” to finish
Can a broker download ID cards?
Yes, via the Employer portal as long as the employer registers.
Do dependents receive ID cards?
Yes.
