Prior Carrier Deductible Credit
Prior Carrier Deductible Credit is available.
Prior Carrier Deductible Credit and Out-of-Pocket Maximum (OOPM) carryover are available.
A Prior Carrier Deductible Credit form is required. EOBs or a deductible credit report will also be accepted.
Members should submit EOBs directly to Aetna.
