Can a broker download ID cards?

No, brokers cannot download ID cards.

Do dependents receive ID cards?

No, SIMNSA sends out two ID cards; typically, dependents do not receive one.

Prior Carrier Deductible Credit is not applicable, as SIMNSA plans do not have deductibles.

Prior Carrier Deductible Credit and Out-of-Pocket Maximum (OOPM) carryover are not applicable.

No Prior Carrier Deductible Credit form is required.
