Prominence Health Plan – Nevada
Prominence Health Plan has been keeping families, businesses, and communities healthy for 30+ years. The organization offers a full range of coverage options, including Small Group health plans, Large Group (51+) health plans, and Association Health Plans in conjunction with Chambers and other groups. NOTE: Prominence Health will exit the Nevada ACA small group health market effective April 3, 2026. All existing small group policies will terminate on September 30, 2026. Prominence Health’s Association Health Plans will continue to be offered to eligible employer groups.
