CCHP Health Plan – California
CCHP was established in 1986 by a group of community physicians to fill a need among small, family-owned businesses in San Francisco. Today, it serves 12,000+ members (as of January 2025), with plans focused on health, wellness, and preventive services, including Western and Eastern remedies.
